Check out plans for the Ukrainian Pavilion in the 1933 Chicago World’s Fair. The first building at the south end of the Fair-grounds was the picturesque Ukraine pavilion. You could visit the theater where folk plays, native dances and choral singing were performed. There were paintings and sculptures and a restaurant lending ‘a colorful note to this area’.
